Whole 29 & a Donut Final Results

My Whole 30 journey is over. But I am permanently taking on the diet with a few exceptions. I've decided to keep the diet going because:

1. I am slimmer
2. I feel better and have more energy
3. It is easier and cheaper to meal prep

My exceptions include:

1. One cheat day a week and an allowance to cheat whenever food is free or given
2. May now sprinkle cheese on a meal
3. Occasional bread or tortillas to fit some meals better

Before I post my results, this is just a friendly reminder to go easy on me. I am recently post-partum and it's been a tough adjustment. This diet has helped, but it hasn't changed the fact that I recently housed over 20lbs of babies et al inside of me for eight months. 

So I lost:

9lbs!
